Patient Safety

Our office has always gone above and beyond in using the best sterilization processes. In response to COVID-19, we are here for our community and our patients' safety. We are following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the American Dental Association, and the Michigan Dental Association.

CHECK-IN

Please check-in at the front desk even if we know who you are. We ask that you wear a face covering, otherwise, you will be provided a mask. We encourage you to use hand sanitizer that we have available throughout our facility. We will use a temporal thermometer and ask you several COVID-19 related questions. You may see that all staff, including the front office, will have a mask on.

RECEPTION

We have removed hard-to-disinfect items in the reception to make it easier to clean frequently during the day. We will restrict guests of patients to include only one parent or caregiver to accompany minors and seniors. If you encounter other patients we kindly ask you to keep 6 feet distance. We may ask you to wait in your car instead of the reception if we think that it is too congested.

APPOINTMENTS

Patients that were scheduled from March 17 - May 28 will be contacted to be rescheduled. Please be patient during this process and know that we are working hard to treat everyone as soon as possible. In addition, we will be enforcing a 48 hour cancellation policy to improve lead time on future openings as a courtesy to those patients waiting to be seen.
